"The hotel is less than 5 mins from Fremont. It’s not spotless but we weren’t going to be in the room too long so for the price it was definitely worth it. Staff is super nice. Ac kept my room nice and cold. "

"Upon arrival, we were directed to a room in the Manor section of the hotel. The environment in that area felt extremely unsafe and concerning. Due to the conditions and overall atmosphere outside the room, we did not feel secure enough to stay. As a result, we made the difficult decision to leave immediately and return home to Phoenix without ever staying overnight or using the room."

"There was mold in the shower it was disgusting with calcium build up all over and rust , the air conditioning didn’t work and the extra blanket looked like a wore out Teddy bear . I’ll never stay here again ! Non of the maids spoke English "

"Pool was awesome with the March madness games playing. But check in was a nightmare. They convinced me to upgrade and then when we got to our room the key didn’t work. My husband went back and forth to the lobby three times and they finally send an engineer to open the door. Even then he needed to wait for security. We had to sit in the hallway for over an hour and a half and finally they gave us a different room. When we got to this other room it was half dirty and we ended up missing out show. Upon leaving, tour buses arrived with over 200 guests, which clogged up the elevators to the rooms. We explained that we needed to get up to our room to pack and leave in the next 20 min and security showed zero concern or hospitality in trying to get us to our room, they looked at us blankly and told us to go to the back of the line. I pleaded with front desk while my husband saved a spot in the line for the elevators. Front desk could do very little, we waited in a line for the elevator for 40min and missed our departure time. Mason from front desk was able to give us credit to set of the cost of rebooking our flight. Outside of these things the rest of the property was great. My husband and I unfortunately started our stay off at the Sahara in stress and subsequently left in the same manner. Definitely a bad taste in our mouths from this place. "

"Stay was nice…however surrounding area has entertainment until about 2am so if you’re an early sleeper may not be for you or grab some earplugs. Casino is updated and nice as well…Have great interactions with the staff also, from valet, to checkin and housekeeping too. Nice relaxing stay…"

"When I checked in my remote control didn’t work and it took multiple calls before they actually got the remote working for the tv. The next morning I woke up and the lights in the bathroom and over the sink didn’t work. I called again multiple times and no one came to fix it. I had to take a shower in the dark and after going downstairs to ask what was taking so long they say they never received a call from me. It took all day to get my lights working and when it was time to check out I ask for a reimbursement on my upgraded room and they said they didn’t have any records of my issues with my rooom and refused to compensate me for the problems I had in the “upgraded” room even though I took a video of the lights not working. They finally only reimbursed only 1 night of the resort fee. "
