There was dust and hair everywhere in the bathroom and the mirror had water stains. Like, no effort to clean anything. Also, the toilet smelled like piss as if I literally checked in as soon as someone checked out. But the staff at front desk were cool.

We loved celebrating our 20th anniversary at the Plaza. No early check in fees. They moved us to a nicely remodeled room in the quiet south tower. The slots were fun and the doughnuts yummy. The pool was the only bit of a disappointment. Realizing that it is March and the summer season hasnt fully opened, we found it a bit crowded an the water temp was cold. The hot tub was too full of adults drinking to ever use, we waited but gave up. On the bright side, we did not pay any pool fees for a recliner chair and the pickle ball courts looked fun. Maybe next time!

We loved our stay (wed -mon) the hotel was clean and affordable. Hash house has great food and service. The carousel bar is the BEST and we loved Anthony the bartender. Perfect spot for walking to and from th canopy, bars and casinos. Would stay again for sure.

Friendly helpful staff. Loved the outdoor pool area, however couldn't understand the number of "reserved" loungers with no one using them all day! The hotel was right next to Fremont St experience. Keys to our room wouldn't work and had to wait while the electrical mechanism was fixed. Room was good overall, except for a plugged bathroom sink. Also didn't like how the toilet and bathtub were separated in a tiny space.
