I booked this because my flight was canceled and I needed a place to stay overnight. Expedia said the amenities included an airport shuttle -- which was one of the features we were looking for. However, after we made the booking and called the hotel to find out how to arrange for shuttle pick-up, we were told that the shuttle only takes people from the hotel to the airport, not from the airport to the hotel. So we incurred the expense of a Lyft trip. Then, even though the Expedia site said the price quoted was the total amount, upon checking in we were told that we still had to pay an "amenities fee," which added more to the cost. It wasn't clear what those actual "amenities" were. When I said that I had no toiletries with me and asked whether they could give me a toothbrush and toothpaste, deodorant, and a shower cap, the receptionist directed me to a store in the hotel where I could purchase them. So I was rather unhappy with all the extra costs.
