"Beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed so we could swim with the fishes and go down the water slide but it was broken and won’t be fixed until next year! No where said that when we booked. Food was standard and not included with the room cost. No fridge or microwave in the rooms unless you upgrade. Could have stayed at the strat and been on the strip. Staff were friendly. The place was clean. 5/10"

"Thank you for the offer. My last visit was not as comfortable and sanitizing As I would have liked it to be. I paid additional costs for the new renovated room. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I had to put in two Maintenance tickets for the shower that continue to back in water while showering before someone came to fix it. Then after they fixed the tub, the maintenance guy said he put in a ticket for someone to clean the shower and I had to call again as well before someone came to clean it. "
