"We did not get to enjoy the pool closed early due to under staff not enough places to eat food"

"Check in was a bit of a hassle there was three attendance working only one was helpful the other two were very rude. Check out was not as easy as it should have been because the systems were down and the staff that was working the lady was very very short. Reserved two rooms one queen in the family Tower which was a decent room very happy with it updated clean, the other room should have been a king but wound up with a queen double over in the Manor section so the two rooms had separated our family quite a ways away so it was very inconvenient. Overall the stay was not horrible it is very family friendly and and would have gotten a four-star had it not been for the above."

"The hotel placed us in a hall on a floor that was being painted. The hall carpet was wet and they had industrial dryers running out side of our room all night. There were employees with cleaning carts constantly going in and out of the door next to our room."
