"The outside area next to the revolving doors is disgusting and definitely is cleaned regularly. The pools are advertised as five pools...but only two are available to visitors...plus the close at 5:00 making it difficult to use. No perks .. no free coffee or anything of the sort.. The spa side elevators make a horrible noise... We could hear it all night long in our room. "
