"The room was clean all though dated,bathroom has no fan. Breakfest was good at the cafe."

"This has got to be the worst stay I’ve ever had at any establishment. The whole hotel is a mess. Check in time is at 4PM but there was an infinite line to do so. Upon arrival we were told our rooms were still not ready mind you it was 4:20PM. I traveled with my sister for her 21st bday and had booked 2 rooms they wanted to place us on different floors for a king bed which is what I had booked but they ran out. So in order for us to stay next to each other they placed us in a queen bed. There was also an issue with the parking ticket every time we wanted to leave the hotel I had asked upon check in to give us in an out parking privileges for an additional $20 a day and our key never worked so we had to call reception every time we wanted to exit the lot. It was just issue after issue with the stay it was supposed to be a pleasant experience for my sister and I and it felt like a hassle each time we had an issue regarding our hotel stay."

"All breakfast places were overpriced and not worth the money. The royal towers were bare bones. You get what you pay for. "

"Will stay here again! The hotel was clean, had a lot to do. A lot of food options in and outside of the hotel. Loved the promenade. Hash house is a must! Walking distance from several hotels. Great location. For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Do not stay here. The location of this hotel is in an industrial zone, with 2 railroad tracks right in front of it and a highway behind it. It is surrounded by warehouses and junk. We had bedbugs in one room. The coffee was undrinkable. I’m not planning on staying in a Best Western again. "

"Cute little place to spend a quick weekend. The room does its job. Clean comfy bed, cold ac and a hot shower. Drain was a bit slow but nothing to worry about. Parking garage is great and easy to get out of (minus the speed bumps) and easy access to the 15. Smells a little old but nothing terrible. "
