"Staff were good for check in & check out。 After entering the room, received message from The Venetian Resort Chat Team, they are excellent, responds quick & solve the issue right away however it is pity that they don't have complementary drink, and don't touch any drinks inside the refrigerator, once you take it out, even you put it back, it will charge your room automatically。 Staff of the Venetian Reward counter are very bad hospitality, no smile, especially Magxx,talk to me in a serious face。 Only one woman staff is better, sorry I forget her name。"

"This is a terrible hotel. The sprayer broke in the middle of night,and the water can’t turn off , the front desk staff were completely clueless and incredibly rude, acting as if it were our fault. Don't stay at this hotel."
