The room smelled like smoke as did the bedding so that was uncomfortable to have to smell that whilst resting. also the AC would not turn off or change temperature so it was freezing with the thin sheets. Flew in and left on red eyes so comfort was important.

Rooms were great. Good water pressure, AC works great, mini fridge in room. Clean. They didn't have actual hand soap in our room which was weird, only a facial wash bar. Sports book was great. Casino was a little smokey. Not the best ventilation and low ceilings was a little tight space feeling. Pool was fine, nothing great but I have seen worse.

There are good hotels near the convention center. The palms where I stay it was a little bit far.

Only complaint about the convention center is the lack of seating and work space area outside of the conference rooms. There were a lot of Realtors sitting on the floor trying to get work don in between sessions and a real lack of seating. It was somewhat annoying .
