"Great location and good place for families. Played pickleball, ate at the outdoor restaurant/bar, and enjoyed the clean comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful but they definitely need more help. There are two pools and only one pool was open to use because of lack of lifeguards. I counted 35 little kids in the one open pool not including the adults and was no way going to get in that water. Maybe set up the second pool as an adult only? Or make sure it is staffed during spring break. Our last day we got up early to sit by the pool and have our coffee but were sent away because they didn’t have the staff available to open until later that morning. We wanted to enjoy the nice weather so we ended up sitting on a bench by the entrance drop off zone for cars. The staff that showed up to work were very nice and helpful. Felt bad for them. "
