"Enjoy staying at Harrah’s ! Clean rooms Staff was very nice "

"Not enough seating at the very small family pool. The shower is weird, there’s no door only a half glass wall. The door to the bathroom is sliding barn style door that offers no privacy from the main room. No microwave. Beds are not queen sized, they are full sized at best. "

"My room was on the first floor and the bathtub had no moat so everytime i showered it would flood the bathroom. and I guess the water would awaken the ye olde urine that was seeped into the floor because the entire bathroom reeked so strongly of urine that it was actually sickening. The casino itself was fun and the the staff was all very nice but the room itself was pretty disgusting, beware!"

"Everything was impeccable. However we were blown away that they did not have a fan in the bathroom!! And the nonsmoking floor had many pot smokers. Go figure! The room was exquisite! The staff was wonderful! The service was wonderful! It is close to the sphere to see a show. The food was not so incredible. We paid 3 x the usual prices for food that was just ok. At most of the restaurants! We didn’t finish any of our meals. And we love food!! So if you go prepared for all this you should be fine…"

"The room was spacious and the hotel was overall ok. However, we were there for four days and our room was never cleaned. We would leave in the morning, be gone all day, come back to shower and get ready for whatever show we were going to that night, and we would have no towels, garbage overflowing etc. The cleaning staff was out on the hall but never seemed to make it to our room. For that reason, we will choose another resort in the future."

"Check-in was quick and easy, which made for a smooth arrival. The room itself was decent; however, its location next to the trash chute was a downside, as there was a noticeable odor when stepping out into the hallway. Parking was plentiful, and it was great to see EV charging available. That said, the garage card readers need improvement—each time we exited, they weren’t functioning properly and we had to call the attendant for assistance. The walkway from the garage to the main building felt a bit dull and could benefit from more signage or decor to make it more inviting. Additionally, the back entrance appears to need some maintenance and attention. Overall, the stay was fine, but a few updates could significantly improve the guest experience. "
