"Elevator didn’t work 2 nights in a row. They blamed it on traffic and a lot of people were complaining. I missed my Broadway show reservation and 2 Ubers because of it. We had to climb down 14 flights of stairs to make it down 3 times."

"Every things were good expect we had very bad experience with A/C because of A/C was making very loud noise and we had to pack and changed the room. This new room A/C was not working and since we were very tired, we decided not to change room and because of hot weather we could not sleep good at all. Since compressor gone they put fan and that night was little bit cooler and we slept better than first night. Since this problem they reimburse us. We were out of room whole day and use the room just for sleep in the night."

"The hotel has such potential but the care of the property left me disappointed. I booked the room for two people, however they only provided towels for one person. Each day I had to ask the housekeeper for a second set of towels. I was required to pay a $35 daily usage fee to cover wifi and a pastry and coffee each morning from the cafe. However you were only allowed one pastry and one coffee despite the fact there were two people in the room. It was very awkward and felt "cheap". The entry light to the room was burnt out and I had to request it to be replaced. The most concerning was the fact the deadbolt to the room was broken. The staff said it would be fixed the day I reported it, however it remained non-functioning for my entire stay. The location was great and the building itself nice, but the management needs to step up to provide a better and safer experience for their guests."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay in NYC. Location was great and close to subway stations to get around the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend staying at this hotel!"
