「Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go. 」

「My husband and I stayed for one night in a queen sized room. It was comfortable and well-appointed. However it was not as large or as well-appointed as the queen sized room at Royalton Park Avenue just down the street. Bathrobes were provided. The shampoo and conditioner and bath gel were nice, but there was no moisturizer. We very much liked the fact that there were free refreshments in the lobby. The pastries were very good.
