「Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go. 」

「Room was clean. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the balcony rooms the balcony was extremely small. no chairs or anything out there we didn’t even end up using it. Our AC unit was broken it was just blowing out luke warm air on a 90 degree day outside. was brutal. brought it to staffs attention they said they’d take a look at it tomorrow but that was the day we were checking out so that didn’t really help us. Overall besides AC was a nice experience 」

「Ich war volle 13 Tage als Gast da. Das Personal super und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Größe des Zimmers ist für NYC super, sowie der traumhafte Ausblick vom Bett aus!! Das Frühstück ausreichend und preislich echt ok! Die Lage ist super gelegen zum den Bahnmöglichkeiten sowie Bus. Zum shoppen und zum Essen sowie Bars 10von10 Ich werde definitiv immer in das Moxy williamsburg kommen.」

「Arrived pretty late to my reservation and the older lady at the front desk made me feel pretty dumb about my reservation and had an attitude while I was checking in. It wasn’t welcoming at all. Then after dragging my heavy bag upstairs with my other guests the key didn’t work. And that happens sometimes but the hospitality just wasn’t there. She had an attitude anytime I asked a question. Even though ai stayed here plenty of time, I doubt I would return. Try Sixty, or Bowery if you’re in that...

「The room felt safe, quiet, comfy, nice view of the park area. Parts of the room were really outdated. Had to move night stands to access outlets, empty cabinet where a small fridge used to be, picture covering what used to be a frosted window in the bathroom. Staff were nice. Check in and check out were smooth. I would stay again. Restaurant in basement had very good food. Pool was not yet open, and roof top bar was closed when I tried to check it out around 9 pm. Those are likely very nice...
