「Consistent issues and texted the GM twice as no manager was on duty and got no reply. Had to talk to front desk 3 times and they never tried to solve the problem. No follow up, no follow through and no understanding on how to serve clients」

「The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. 」

「Very clean room, well-suited to our needs for the 2-night stay. Everything looks new and well-maintained. What was not good(from our perspective): the bathroom is too small, you can barely get dressed/undressed; the walls are not properly insulated, and you can hear your neighbors. Just stop and go for 2-3 days is good.」
