"We had a wonderful stay. Delicious breakfast made to order: waffles, pho, banh mi, and many more choices. Hotel staff are warm, welcoming and made our stay memorable, happy, and safe. Our bellhop, Vipor, went above and beyond jumping on his motorcycle to bring my purse for repair. We were even escorted across the street to our tour bus. We will definitely come back and stay at Hotel Du Lac."

"The staff was very nice. Received early check in for a sm fee amy with a upgrade in rm given with no extra fee. Breakfast was great and locatuon. Spa opened up later in the afternoon with only one employee, a downer. Definitely recommended. "

"Family friendly, clean room and everything you need to cook is available in the kitchen including a combo of washing and dryer machine. Staff very accommodating specially Jess, Patrick, Adam, Nina, housekeeping, Huong and Van from the spa the best all around spa massage and treatments. The buffet, good quality and several choices. Even though is few minutes away from the crowd and market places, I’ll definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it. Everything I expected in a beautiful, clean, friendly/hospitable environment, very knowledgeable and their professionalism is definitely commended. Loved it, 5+ stars"

"I had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Tay Ho. It’s a cute, cozy apartment that’s tucked away in a quiet area right across from West Lake, making it a perfect escape from the city noise. One of the best-kept secrets here is the rooftop terrace—it’s a total hidden gem with an amazing view of the Hanoi skyline. The apartment is very well-equipped; having a private laundry machine was a huge plus for my trip, and the kitchen features a real, full-sized refrigerator that actually keeps your drinks ice-cold. Highly recommended for a comfortable, self-contained stay!"

"I liked the location. Resort looks very tired, however room was clean, there was mould on the bathroom roof it didn't feel dirty though you could see cleaners were trying to keep it under control. Was so lovely and quiet until the last night, wow there was people running up and down the corridor making a lot of noise and continually banging doors, this did not stop until around 3am, couldn't call the reception as the phone in room didn't work niether did the number for the resort, however as i only speak English it would not made a difference as none of the staff spoke English. The price definitely reflects the stay The pool does not have any water so don't expect to relax in or around it, there is no chairs either. There is restaurants there, however I never seen anyone eating there or working in them "
