"The hotel is located within walking distance of West Lake, eateries, stores. Rooms are big, clean, and super cold. I believed the hotel just opened recently therefore there is still some strong fresh paint and cleaning agents’ smell. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online and on the phone trying to get in touch with Grab. He wasn't able to because their help center is only open during the day and it was after hours, but he did everything he could. Thankfully, the driver returned to the Somerset with my phone. "
