"First time at Coba… loved the place. One thing we were not aware of is that there are lots of mosquitoes and they were vicious. We purchased a can of “Off” for the outrageous price of $20.00. Just come prepared and you will be ok. Also, something we learned is that if you stay at AKUMAL or Si”an Ka’an you can use the amenities at all 5 resorts. We paid extra for access… still lots of fun. A must us the Origen show. Overall, great experience."

"Our experience at Grand Palladium Kantenah was overall great. It is a huge property with all the other Grand Palladium resorts so A LOT of walking. Tons of activities and the pools were great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling with our 6mo and needed a fridge to store the breastmilk. The fridge in the room wasn't getting cold enough and that night maintenance came and brought a whole new fridge that worked great! The food was average compared to other resorts. Lots of wildlife which was nice to see! We had a concierge Raul who went above and beyond. From getting us cases of water in the morning so we could wash baby bottles (didn't want to use the tap water) to getting us reservations and even a shuttle so we can make dinner on time with a group of 10, he really made sure we had the best experience ever. He would text in the morning to answer any questions, provide us activities for the day, and was a great resource to have. I never really used a concierge service before but glad I had Raul to depend on to make the experience a lot better. One thing I wished was upon check-in the front desk staff really explained all the amenities, activities, and everything the resort has to offer. Looking at the map and the app, things get overwhelming just by the abundance of offerings and easy to get confused. I wish they took the time to really walk you through everything. Recommend booking via Expedia is it can get you extra perks! It did for us!"
