「Beautiful location and very pleasant staff. Unfortunately our room did not have air conditioning - and they would fix it and fill it up with coolant, and then it would leak and then by the middle of the night it was a torture chamber of heat and humidity (78 degrees f). There is no where else to cool off in the hotel - everything is open air and honestly the pools were filthy like someone else said in the reviews. Outside there are nosee’ems.
