"Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are efficient, helpful, warm, and very friendly. There are too many wonderful people to mention by name, but it starts with Ula and we’ll stop there with individual names. Not a slight to the others, just they are all so great that it is an injustice to name them and inadvertently omit someone. We always relax and enjoy the hotel, and the guests (many of whom return year after year) are almost to a person very nice. On top of that, the location on the ocean and the views are spectacular. We will continue to return as long as we remain able. "
