「This was my third time staying at Marin Suites. The room was very clean 10/10, the shower needed a little work but served the purpose. Where I gave it a lower rating was when the people next door came in at 12 midnight on a Tuesday night and were laughing real loud and playing music loud, and this went on till 4:30/5:30 in the morning. I just didn’t sleep and I did not call the front desk. But I did write an email. Would I stay again? Probably, it’s a great hotel.」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
