「The room and facilities was very clean and the staff were wonderful. When we got there it looked just ok but we were pleasantly surprised! I loved the way the hotel was situated so everything is in the center and hidden from the parking lot. The breakfast was great and the ladies working there were lovely! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.」

「Zack was very cordial and helpful and helped us with our luggage to our room .the room was like a little cottage with a view of the ocean overlooking a crystal shop. Great location to walk to every thing.」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
