「Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is a few blocks away, so it’s not ideal. There is a lot next to the hotel where patrons can unload their luggage. Our 3rd-floor room was very nice, but we kept banging our heads into the slanted walls b/c we are tall. We were glad for the elevator! Staff were great and welcoming. Very responsive to a request we had to check a wobbly toilet. (They tightened the bolts.) Coffee and tea stations on every floor, and glass jars filled...

「The Kenwood Inn is everything we thought it would be and more. The staff (Allison, Pat and Barb) made you feel comfortable from the time you walked in until you left. 」

「Poor room condition. TV initially didn't work. Service person got it working. Left cable box and cords dangling down wall for duration of our stay. Sliding door to bathroom off track. Had to lift with one hand and yank with another to get open and closed. Door showed long term signs of damage. Not a new problem. Customer service couldn't or wouldn't move us. Didnt respond or care about our needs. Very disappointed for a 250 dollar a night room.」

「Didn’t realize Daytona beach bikers week drew thousands of loud motorcycles into st Augustine. The noise was so bad we checked out of the Hilton Bayfront and happily checked in to the peace and plenty which is only a short walk from the center of town. 」
