"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Great Stay
"This was my first time staying at an airport hotel and I am so glad I stayed here the night before my flight! It was easy to reach from London via the Elizabeth line. Follow the signs to the hotel once you get off the train (fair warning it is about a 10 minute walk). My room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I had a restful sleep. If you need a meal and don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. you can get a cheaper meal at the M&S Foods located in Terminal 2. Terminal 2 is about a 5 minute walk. Great when my flight was at 8:30AM! "
