Good location, nice room, it said shared bathroom but my room had one inside and it was working (just the water pressure in the shower was low), the staff was very friendly and sweet, the elevator was the smallest one I’ve ever seen but it’s okay

There were issues with the air conditioning. The floor, bathroom lock, and TV were a little busted, but the shower water pressure and warmth were excellent. Overall nice stay. Very nice hotel close to tube. Near several places to shop and eat. Also near Hyde Park. Front office staff very helpful and gave us a map and made suggestions. Air conditioner was wonderful in our room. Really liked having a fridge and safe in our room too. Very comfy bed. Shower worked really well.

We loved our stay at Montana Hotel! Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was fabulous. We walked 25km for 2 days & following day tube to Tower Hill to do Tower of London. Walkable to Kensington, Buckingham & beyond. We had large room on lower floor. Room was great but we needed air conditioner on when in room or was stuffy & hot apart from that no problems at all :)
