"Room was clean, well organized and appointed but very small. We requested an iron and ironing board and they arrived within 5 minutes. All the staff members we interacted with were very nice, welcoming, helpful, professional, some of the best we have ever experienced. This hotel offers an affordable alternative to the more expensive places in downtown LA. It's a very short walk to the Grand Central Market and a short easy walk to the Walt Disney Concert Hall and Little Tokyo. However we were awake every night between midnight and 2 am due to extremely loud speeding engines very close to the hotel. I'm sure this won't last forever but if you can sleep with earplugs bring them just in case."

"This place is a little dated and a little dingy, but it's not disgusting and the place was extremely quiet and the AC absolutely cranked for four days straight and kept my room an ice box! Parking staff is okay and front staff as well. TV didn't work in my room, but I didn't even try it until my last night, so I didn't care. Bed was comfy and shower was hot."

"Everything about the look is great and the beds not being attached is great . Not having to worry about shaking beds is great. And the stairs to the top bunks are great . One bathroom was broken and it was an inconvenience most times ."

"Friendly staff! But the room did disappoint me a little bit. There was a Band-Aid stuck to our shower curtain so it had me guessing if the room was actually cleaned properly before we got into it."

"We always stay here whenever we’re in the city, especially if we’re going to Crypto Arena. It’s really become our go-to. Carlos at the front desk is our favorite. He’s always so accommodating and told us about the room service breakfast this time which was such a good deal!"
