"We had some trouble checking in. We booked the property ahead of time, the property called the morning of our stay to let us know our room was not available due to a repair and would love us to 2 or more rooms at no charge. We asked for rooms together and they said absolutely. Then when we arrived, our rooms were on completely different floors. Everyone was very kind, it just seemed like a lack of communication. Everything worked out and we ended up getting rooms at least on the same floor. "

"The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The hotel itself was older but had been updated throughout and the location made shopping or getting a bite to eat very easy. Would definitely stay again."

"We love the staff (reception ladies especially)!! Only downside is the indoor pool is “under maintenance” and they don’t know when it will be opened again. Still a great stay though!"
