"The room was very clean and comfortable. Great size not too big and not too small. The staff were all very kind and welcoming and immediately greeted us. The lobby was very nice and warm. The location of the hotel was also very nice, about a .5 mile walk to the metro station. Overall a very good experience and stay for the price. 10/10 "

"We booked this hotel for our last night in Japan after a two week trip. I thought this was going to be a luxury hotel based on the price and photos. I was wrong. The lobby is nice and the staff are attentive, but the room left a lot to be desired. It was like stepping back in time to 1995. The room was spacious, which was nice, but for the price I was expecting a more modern look and feel. It was clean enough, but everything was just old. The beds were also on the hard side. Overall, it was fine, it served its purpose, but was not worth the price tag. "
