"We loved this hotel during our visit at the end of March. The hotel has great pajamas, slippers and robes. They were even so sweet to leave kids sized slippers for our son which he loved. The beds were comfortable and we had a great view. "

"Only had a short stay, 3-4 hours but the hotel fulfilled all our needs. Quick check in and the girls on front desk were very helpful and decent in understanding and speaking english. Even had a scales for last minute checking of our luggage in the lobby."

"Pros: -Friendly, Welcoming and Helpful Staff; I would say the best Hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. -Hotel common areas and rooms are very clean and up to date -Hotel Amenities such as laundry and coffee bar were great -Hotel staff stored our luggage prior to check in and stored our luggage after check out and this was great so we could explore more of the city baggage free. Cons: None Our initial stay here was so great, that we decreased our time in Kyoto just to go back to the Citadines Hotel in Yokohama the following week. "
