"ベイビューの部屋に宿泊。景色が素晴らしかった。立地も良く、元町駅・中華街・山下公園へのアクセスが楽だった。 また日本有数のクラシックホテルのようで、共有部の内装や中庭が非常に美しかった。 スタッフのサービスは一部を除き非常に高い。(どこのホテルでも見たことがないレベルの、あからさまにやる気のない態度の男性スタッフがなぜか一人だけいたが・・) 一方、一部の部屋の設備・アメニティはやや古いが、私は気にならなかった。 本館が美しいため週末は結婚式がたくさん入っているようなので、ホテル内が混雑している。"

    "We enjoyed our stay at the Square Hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable with lovely views of the harbor. The breakfast buffet was ample (not great...but good). The price for what we received was great. The only downside was that as the desk staff were not very fluent in English. But, we were able to communicate enough nonetheless."
