Probably the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Concierge was great she booked us an English speaking driver for a 3 hour tour. Also booked a great lunchtime dinner cruise around the harbor which was great. Short walk to China town

Historic luxury hotel right by Chinatown and Yamashita park right opposite. Decent room size with a view of Yokohama bay and Minatomirai. Staffs were great and very helpful. Birthplace of Naporitan, seafood doria and custard pudding a la mode - managed to squeeze in before the last order (9pm) for naporitan and the pudding. As a guest you get discount at restaurants and bar. Breakfast choice between western and Japanese (or have it as room service). Stayed only one night but great stay.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a good nights rest. The staff helped us secure two extra nights due to our cruise ship embarkation delay caused by Typhoon Halong. They were also very helpful when my wife got locked out of her luggage due to a faulty TSA lock.

Ocean view is excellent place to watch the cruise ships land. You are so close to shopping at Motomachi, redbrick warehouse, Chinatown, etc. very convenient. Staff were excellent, cannot fault them! Our room was spacious, but a couple of issues like the bidet wasn't working on the first day but it was fixed the next day. The room was very hot and a lady staff helped us by opening the balcony to let the cool air in. Also she brought a fan which was a big help! We've stayed here before and we are familiar with the area around it. We stay here before or after our cruises lime this time we did HK to Yolohama and we walked to this hotel from the terminal, very handy@
