「La habitación me dijeron que era de dos camas y solo tenía una y un solofa que no se podía agrandar no tenía sábanas la habitación adicionales y el personal tampoco me ayudó dijeron q no podían darme sábanas adicionales la habitación estaba sucia no aspiraron horrible la estancia pésima pa ir en familia」

「Grounds was very unkept. The hallway looked like a college party had gone on. Associate was folding clean towels in common table in the lobby. Breakfast food was prepackaged, not fresh made. There was still sand in bathroom and shower was dirty. AC was not easily adjustable. One positive was that the bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again.」

The floors were dirty when we got there and not cleaned once during our stay over several days. we asked for more towels bc we stayed several days and they never brought them and took our old ones after the first day. The exit signs at the bottom of the stairwell was broken. They didn't have any signs saying when thing opened or closed. They didn't leave an ice bucket so we used cups. They...

「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

「Chairs at pool are limited」

「Worst stay I’ve ever stayed in. Pictures are deceitful. Room was dirty, curly hairs all over towels and tissue in bathrooms, roaches, broken beds and they were dirty, floor had sand everywhere. No attempt to sweep it, didn’t even replace the dish soap, it was empty and broken. Room was hot and dark, plugs didn’t work. Front desk girl was no help and condescending, said “she’s heard the beds were terrible” with a smirk on her face. Ten minutes after checking in I asked to leave to find somewhere...

「The rooms are very out dated. The water in the shower was like warm never hot. The pool closed at sundown. The sign said 10pm. We were told due to no lights in the pool. The pool is a big part of our evening so this was inconvenient. The walk to the beach was amazing. Not a long haul to get set up. Ground level made it convenient and easy. The parking was a nightmare due to sharing parking with sharks restaurant.」

Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience.」
