「While the lady at the desk was exceptional I had a few problems. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I’m 49 and my son is 26 and we both woke up with stiff backs. Also, we didn’t use them, but the extra blankets in the closet were obviously used and just tossed on the shelf. Also the fridge didn’t get very cold. I wouldn’t trust it to keep food safe.」

「The staff at Margaritaville were exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. They really seemed to prioritize the guests. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable as well as clean. The only complaint I have is that I didn't realize they sold day passes to the pool for $40.00. Anyone who wants to enjoy their pool is welcome to pay which really makes it overcrowded. 「Worst service and experience i have had in a very long time. Seeking a refund due to unsafe room (exposed wiring). Front desk argued with me, were sarcastic and rude went as far as tell the kids don’t touch and electrocute themselves…. And ask if the kids pulled the plug put the wall when we had just arrived.. checked out 30 min after i checked in… reported to hilton because it was such a terrible experience. Font desk did nothing but escalate the situation…. Very unprofessional…. No NOT...

「Got this hotel last minute for the World Cup. The staff was more than amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.」
