「My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads Hotel. The room was well appointed, everything was clean, the staff was very nice and it’s in a great location. The building itself is really cool with a lot of character, and the lobby and rooftop bars were both great hangout spots with delicious food and tasty signature cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.」

「What a great place to stay! Loved the location and simplicity of the studio for our short stay. We really appreciated how high the shower head was! Oftentimes, my husband has to duck under! I would maybe suggest mentioning the height of the bed. Or making them all the same height. We met an older couple and got to see their studio #2. Their bed was much lower than ours and could have been difficult to get in and out. 」

「I got a room there for Planet Con because it was really close to the convention. However I did not enjoy my stay because they did not have any handicap parking at the hotel. I had to pay for parking at the end of the block. I had to walk a long distance and that was extremely difficult due to my disability.」

「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

「We went to the NCVF National collegiate volleyball championship. I chose this hotel because it is close to the convention center. I did the research before I booked the hotel and people said there was a free KC street car running around the downtown. When I asked the lady at the front desk and she told said there was no free public transportation around here. I had to uber if I wanted to get to downtown which wasn’t true. I hope the employees who worked at the hotel should be more helpful or...
