"My wife and I stayed two nights at the Hampton inn. There was a little bit of a mix up with our reservation through hotels.com, but the front desk host Kasey was so incredibly helpful, We needed to point her out my name. She completely straightened up the reservations and we had a wonderful stay. She was one of the most helpful front desk clerks we've run across and all of our travels, and we've traveled a lot."
