「I was disappointed that while staying there for four nights we had to replenish our own towels ave bring our garbage downstairs. Our beds were also never made. It was advertised that we would get these services every other day」

「Clean room & Lobby. Pro: Quiet area of western KC, Con: Parking lot & surroundings dimly lit, though seemed safe. Across street from the “Hereford House” steak house, is a plus.」

「The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when we Checked in and when we asked about sites around the area. There are several shops just walking distance from the hotel that are well worth seeing. 」

「Everything about the room, breakfast, workout room was fine but the pool was closed for maintenance and we brought our grandkids with us so they could swim & we were very disappointed. The hotel said “their” website indicated the pool was closed but Expedia’s site did not! Will call the hotel first from now on!」

「We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. The location was excellent and was walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. 」
