「The room was clean and beautiful」

「We stayed here for a wedding. We had a two year old with us. They do not have cribs or pack n plays available. We were on the third floor. There is no elevator so we had to climb up and down the stairs with all the kids and luggage. It was very inconvenient. The pillows were small, square pillows and not a normal size for a queen size bed. The stove burners were all uneven, which made it difficult to cook on. 「There is a bar and food in the restaurant in for the evening, 5pm - 10pm. There is a limited pay as you go breakfast where regular coffee is free. Not a showstopper where the staff is very friendly and the establishment is clean and well maintained.」

「Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!」

「The staff friendly and courteous. Facility is just old and tired. Everything from carpet to tile to plumbing to furniture just tired. I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott but all were booked up. This was just okay. 」

「Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. 」

「Our room did not look like it had been cleaned well. There were stains on the floor, bathroom cabinets and tub. The sink in the kitchen area did not drain well and the disposal wasn’t working, this led to an odor. We planned to use the dishwasher but there was a plastic spoon and garbage bits in there as well as gross water in the bottom of the dishwasher. The faucet in the shower was coming off from the wall.
