「Nicely decorated room but it smelled so musty and upon checking in our room, we found hair on the bathroom counter. It was remedied immediately. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the performing arts center. Street parking is free.」

「The hotel was very nice, clean, and well-maintained overall. Our only complaint was the housekeeping service. On our first full day, our room was not serviced at all, the beds weren’t made, we didn’t receive fresh towels, the trash wasn’t emptied, and nothing was cleaned. Since our room didn’t have a phone, I had to go down to the front desk to ask about it. 「Expedia listed this property having free internet, but you had to become a Wyndom member or pay for WiFi use. The property was older, but clean and had a microwave, fridge (no freezer in the fridge which was inconvenient), TV, breakfast, one complimentary alcoholic drink per guest (unfortunately I left before breakfast and don’t drink, so I can’t comment on quality) coffee maker, The only dealing I had with the staff was the front desk and they were very pleasant and helpful.」

Robert, the GM, continues to neglect calls and emails from Expedia (who I booked through).
