This was the best night stay I've had on a last minute road trip. It was very quite, the bed was comfy and I got my deposit back in about 3 days! I wasn't expecting it because these places usually don't honor it but I did receive my deposit! That and how quite it was deserves a 5 star in my opinion!

Staff was great and room service did a wonderful job of cleaning. The parking lot: however, needs to be resurfaced as we had to dodge all kinds of big holes everywhere just to get in to park.

Price is right

The room was clean, the staff was nice and the price was right. The parking lot is in need of repair, screens on windows need to be replaced and the outside needs attention with landscaping. The pool looked fine but was closed and the breakfast consisted of waffles, toast, cereal milk and coffee. The lobby has a distinct incense smell. Overall was fine for a quick trip to Topeka and a place to spend the night.

Called ahead and ask if they could accommodate me having a senior dog, they did great put me right up next to the door on the lowest level. Very clean and comfortable room.

Property was above average for me. Clean, interior seemed well maintained, and modernized a bit. One issue I had was the height of the shower head. It was ridiculously low. And the faucet handle was weak. Should be replaced.

Great budget friendly place to stay

It’s a great budget friendly place with good amenities. Great staff. And the owner is really good and friendly. However, breakfast is not good. I stayed here for a week and did not have any issues. They were accommodating for my accessibility needs as well.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Shower curtain rod was broke. One lamp not working. Front desk service was good.

When you arrive the first thing you'll notice is the smell. Right when you walk in it smells like smoke. TV didn't work and they couldn't fix the issue nor offer a solution. Maybe bring in another TV, have me switch rooms? Restroom was very small, the door couldn't fully open because it kept hitting the shower rod. The AC unit wouldn't allow me to turn on the fan mode which would of helped drown out the cars on the highway and the couple fighting in the hotel parking lot across from us. Night clerks staff was very engaging and friendly.

We stopped just for the night on our road trip (2 adults and 3 kids), and this hotel worked well. Price was great, and we loved the fact that we were able to get 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for the same price we could get 2 double beds at other nearby hotels. Main drawback: breakfast was really minimal. Toast, cheerios, muffins, and a waffle maker. No fruit, no jelly, no peanut butter, nothing fresh.

Disappointing! Would not recommend.

Disappointing stay. I got excited by the fact it had a pull out sofa after a long time on the road sharing a bed with kids I was ready for them to be somewhere else. But avoid this place. It was not super clean. Tv nor the phone worked. No elevator and we were on the second floor. Went down to complain about the tv but no resolution.
