"We booked the room and paid for it online. When we arrived we were told the computers were down. We arrived late in the evening and they said they already completed their audit for the night and they showed we were booked for the next day even though I had the receipt. They turned us away and we had to find another hotel. Expedia was awesome and we received a refund on our payment."

"Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue in bathroom was now towel rack, there was one at one time, but it had not been replaced. Otherwise our room was great. Staff were very friendly and theyprovidedus with2 drink coubons for the bar from 5 to 7 pm and 2 breakfast coupons. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit, various juices, cereal & milk, and coffee. They probide a free USAToday paper and plenty of seating area for breakfast. Pool was not operational during our stay. They had uncovered it but had not cleaned it yet, water was green. Would suggest if you are going to uncover it that it should be cleaned right away, was not an appealing sight. Overall it is a nice hotel."

"Hello, when we arrived at the hotel and walked in it was like a ghost town. I stood there looking around wondering who was going to check me in as I stood there your employee walked out with a straight face and had no personality at all. The beds were uncomfortably and rhe the toilet wouldn’t flush good and the walls were paper thin so I got to listen to the guy in the room next to me snore all night. "

"Dog deposit was $40 per dog...a bit much and the two dogs were angels. Water pressure was Very low with dirt in the tub."

"The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. This hotel is exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Also nice to stretch our legs for an easy walk through the park to Red Robin for dinner. "
