「The room was clean and beautiful」

「Nasty Ants all over this place. Our room had ants all in it the Manager did nothing about it. Said it happens. 」

「The breakfast was good. Everything was great. Check-in was awesome. It's just the the level of cockroaches there so it seems to be astronomical for any place. At this price point 」

「The room is definitely aged but considering the price I paid no big deal. It was all clean but you can tell there are things that need to be fixed or updated. The staff was SUPER friendly!! I would highly especially if you have a family and need some space and don’t want to feel stressed about being a family in a hotel. We will be staying here again!」

「The breakfast was great. The room needed vacuumed. The bathroom needed repair, the shower rod was about to come out of the wall. The air conditioner rattled like it was about to die. The staff was nice.」

「Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay」

「Great stay, but the hotel was under construction while we were there, which kind of changed the ‘“comfort” vibe, but overall a great stay. Just beware that you’ll have to maneuver around ladders and construction workers. Lastly, the layout of the room was a little odd. The bathroom was tiny, so hard to get dressed in the bathroom, so not much overall privacy in the room when changing or getting dressed.」

「My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. There has been no contact from manager Kay to resolve the...

「The staff friendly and courteous. Facility is just old and tired. Everything from carpet to tile to plumbing to furniture just tired. I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott but all were booked up. This was just okay. 」

「Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!」
