We went down for breakfast at 9 and they literally started pulling food from where my husband was trying to get it. Said breakfast was done at 9:00a.m. - rude af staff, who closes breakfast on the weekend at 9?!?!?!"

"Juat checked my bank and got charged $30 more than what my booking said. The pool was closed and the listing did not say that. A/C in the room was broken where we had to change rooms. Someones random medication was left in our room. Room 2 doors down was full of smoke and hall smelled awful. Was not told to leave or anything in case of fire. Staff was kind about the situation, but it still was not ideal at all. "

"They say first impressions are everything, and this Comfort Inn missed that in the elevator on the way up to the room. Stepping in to the elevator we found old, dirty carpet, trash on the floor, foot prints on the wall, and overall had us worried about what the room would look like. Fortunately the room was clean. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again, just too many things that needed updating that made us uncomfortable. "
