「When calling to check on our reservation, they told us we did not have a reservation. I insisted we did and he left the phone for a moment and came back and said they had no reservation for us. Now we have been charged for a night stay and cannot get our money back.」

「Not even a refrigerator. And smell…..」

「Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility.」

「This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. 「Elevator was broken—there was no shower curtain in our room—we had to walk down stairs because of elevator being broke」

「This property, located adjacent to a business park, is well-appointed. It offers a small menu for the business traveler. It is very quiet at night, and I felt my vehicle was safe. The morning breakfast is superior to other accommodations I have used. Hot and cold items are available along with freshly cut fruit blends, muffins, granola, packaged cereal, and yogurt. A variety of carbs are available, too. Menus vary daily which is welcomed perk for those on an extended stay. A nice touch was the...
