"My experience was great. Right from the time I booked the room, Helen reached out inquiring if my arrival will be after 9 pm. (I'm sure she does this for all the guests). When I did respond, on the day off, she called and checked with instructions on how to enter the room. When I got lost and called her after 9pm, she answered the phone in a friendly way and helped me find the hotel. Throughout my stay, she was pleasant and approachable. I did not meet her husband, but I did take the coffee he brewed. That was excellent coffee. Thank you both!!!"
