「Beach is just a very short walk from the property. Sunset view from the deck was beautiful. Also close to Capitola Village and Santa Cruz. Very peaceful and calming here! 」

「Its an older property but they keep it up. Its located very well for walkablity around the village area. Parking is handy to have there but would warn there are not alot of spaces and its not set up for bigger vehicles like trucks or bigger SUVs. Big the people i had to talk to were very helpful and friendly. Only a few rooms have a beach view but its so close you don't cross any streets just down a walkway and you're on the beach. You can definitely hear the ocean. 」

「Beds are dated. Bedsheets are way dated, the bed topper, just a sheet, no comforter, had a hole in it & it seemed somewhat stained from age, hopefully, was gonna remove it but the bottom sheet looked older & even more dated. Luckily I drove into town & always carry my own blankets & pillows. I guess that it’ll suffice if all you do is sleep in the room & keep your belongings in there. The bathroom was updated & modern but the bedroom wasn’t it. In addition, one of the laps in the bedroom...

「Wow this place sucked…TV didn’t work. Room was literally a room with just a bed. Place smelled of mold and visible mold in bathroom. Had the nerve to ask for a $200 deposit after I already paid for the room in advance. Tied up $300 bucks for one night . Could have stayed anywhere else. Women at front was rude, and I think they live in there. Limited parking. Sketchy people staying in rooms as well. 」

「Housekeeping staff were welcoming and very friendly. However, the receptionist was terrible at his job and had no idea which room was going to be given to me. Later that evening he and another gentleman walked right in to my room where both my children, my wife and self were already in bed. Horrible experience, will never be back. There again.」
