"Staffing could be more professional. Really lax attitude. We chose a suite that sleeps five. There weren’t enough towels or pillows. When we asked for more they said they would “try”. For the price, you should do more than try. Asked for a wake up call, they said they’d leave a note but couldn’t guarantee it. What? No clock in the room either. Weird attitude for a high end “resort”."
