「Kitchen was the only good thing about this property. Pictures are misleading. Found out two days into our stay by a flyer posted by the Florida health department that the pool was closed due to the fact it may endanger the health or welfare of persons entering the pool. They left a number and we called and found out their pool permit had been expired for three months and there were absolutely no chemicals in the pool!! Would not recommend.」

「This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. The towels are older than me! The lock on the door didn't work properly and completely failed to work properly on two occasions. The washer...

「The first floor had a strong distinct smell of mildew we were moved into two different rooms, which makes it a total of three rooms on the first floor, which we’re all permeating with the smell of mildew」

「This place was dirty. There was trash outside the room. There were bugs on the bed. Rust in the tub. Room key didn’t work. I had to cancel and I’m still waiting on refund 3 weeks later. Had to sleep on a friend’s couch for the night and search for another room the next day. 」

「Has roaches. Literally a trap house. Stay away from here at all cost. There are homeless guys pooping across the street. Room was gross. Stepped over roaches everytime I went to the bathroom. Staff was very nice and friendly at least. The only good thing about this place.」
