「Our stay at the Krystal Cancun was a 10/10! The entire grounds are spotless, and the staff is courteous and attentive. THAT BEACH!!! It's so clean, such clear blue water, and the waves are safe for children! 「I feel this hotel flies under the radar. Seems too good to be true, but it’s true. The staff are phenomenal. Attentive and personable. The hotel is a little dated. If you’re expecting a 5* American resort, this isn’t quite that, but it doesn’t pretend to be either. Great food selection, surprising affordable, and quiet location.
