I stayed for 3 nights. The staff was very polite, and everything looked very clean. The room was spacious and very nice. The beach is not that great, so I only swam in the pool, which was wonderful. We also traveled to Playa Norte for a better beach experience.
The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel, and probably the reason I wouldn’t come back, is that I was given a room close to the entrance. My room was probably the sixth one from the lobby, and I could hear a lot of people talking loudly during the night, as well as the neighbors next to me. I even heard the couple next door arguing outside their room around 2 a.m., which was very sad.
Since sleep is a priority for me during vacation, this was a big issue. All three nights I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Maybe if I had a room on the second or third floor it would make a difference, but on the first floor and so close to the lobby it was very noisy, both in the morning and at night.
Other than that, the hotel was very good. Even though I really liked the hotel, resting and getting good sleep during my vacation is a priority for me, so I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
