"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. "We stayed in the standard queen and it was a little tight but that's Tokyo for you. Lots of amenities, and English speaking staff. Overall the room was clean, and provided lots of extras (toothbrush,hairbrush, razor, shaving cream). The only downside is the distance from central locations. The walk isn't too far from the station but you can expect to transfer lines at least once."

The only person who spoke good English was May, a lovely and professional girl. Rooms have no privacy at all even for couples, with glass divisions in the bathroom."

"The room was a little small but other than that everything was amazing. The staff kept everything very clean and provide many amenities. There was a Lawson inside the hotel! Which made it suuuper convenient for late night snacks and essentials. Also they have luggage weighing machine that was really helpful when it was time to leave. The staff is also phenomenal, they are super nice and helpful if you have any concerns or questions. The nearest train stations were about 6-7 minutes away, which was nice to have when you have long days of walking. I would definitely recommend this place."
