Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Room size isn'f bad at all. We stayed for 7-8 nights, but no linen/towel change. The location is further than we thought, it's around 7-8 minutes to the station, but Sugamo Station (Yamanote Line) is very accessible to the city. There's a 7-11 nearby the building. Walking with luggage is not easy. Check in time is 3pm but check out time is 10am. I found that pretty early. Wifi log in might be challenging, but the check in process is pretty simple. Overall, a pleasant stay, 8/10 for me :)
