The hotel is very nice - although I did see other review (complains) about the train track noises, I wasn't affected by it as it wasn't that loud and I could sleep peacefully

The staff was friendly and the cost was great,. The bathroom was tight and had no room to move around but the facility was old but clean. I would recommend for a budget traveler who only needs a place to sleep. this hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness.

Good.

Stay was good, but this is not a traditional hotel. This is a ryokan-style room with kitchen and table. Two beds were raised, and two were futons, like mattress pads on the tatami. (Mind you, they were not uncomfortable, they are just not the 'norm' if you're coming from US.) If you're planning on cooking, this would be a good place. The breakfast offered is toast and coffee, which you would need to make in your room. The location is a little out of the way, but not too bad.

Very clean but old. Beds were ok but rather hard. One bed was sagging in the center edge. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The TV was great and AC worked really nice. The train noise is noticable but didn't disrupt our sleep. Staff were very nice. Good place for an overnight stay. Great access to train station.

綺麗な部屋でした

チェックインを機械でする事を知らなく（お知らせがあったのかもしれないが私が読んでいないだけかな？）、受付の人に声かけた所、笑顔も嫌味など無く、淡々とチェックインして下さいました。建物は、アパートをホテルにした様な作りで、ドアの外を歩く人の音はします。部屋の中は広くて綺麗！以前宿泊した別のホテルは浴槽にヌメリがあってガッカリしたのですが、このホテルは、カビやヌメリなく気持ちよく浴室を利用出来ました。朝食無料は、終了時間15分前に行ったら、空になってしまっていたので利用できませんでしたが、食パンが置いてあったのかな？お皿とトースターも置いてありました。朝食を適当に済ませて良い方でしたら、パンだけでも嬉しいと思います。

チェックインの際にいた従業員が愛想なく対応も不親切だったため不安でしたが以降の従業員はとても親切でした。朝食のパンが足りなくて快く補充してくださいましたし、掃除の方も気さくに話しかけてくださりました チェックアウト後の荷物預けも大変助かりました

外装や造りは古めでしたが、部屋は清潔で、食器類も綺麗でした！線路の真横でしたが、窓が二重になっていたりと防音対策バッチリで気になりませんでした！ 駅前なので、お店もそこそこあって食料調達しやすいです。位置も女子だけでも通りやすい道だったと思います。

バルコニー付ビジネスホテル？

思ったよりは狭い（写真通りではあるのですが）。食器はカップとグラスだけ。ビジネスホテルと思えばこんな物ですが、ウィークリーマンションと思うとあれっ？となるかも。電車の音はそれなりにしました（うちはあまり気にしてませんでしたが）。小さいですがバルコニーがあるので、洗濯ロープを買ってきたら洗濯物干せたのは良かったです。フロントの方は非常に親切でした。

All you ever look for in a hotel room as a tourist

As a foreign tourist in Japan, the only thing you really need from a hotel is a comfortable bed, a working toilet and a good shower. This hotel offers precisely that (and also a heat pad and a microwave oven). I also like the fact that they don't bother you with a cleaning crew every morning, so you can just relax and keep things the way you want to, all through your stay. As it sits at a very nice and low price point it is good value for money. The only downside is that it is a bit outside of the Tokyo center, but as the lokal train station is only 300 meters away, it's not a huge problem. And that brings me to a hot tip: As there are 5 railway tracks running a few yards away from the hotel, be sure to bring your earplugs. :) I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it mainly for the very comfy bed.

部屋に入った際の臭い、２人での宿泊でしたが一人分しかリネン類が用意されてない、その他ホテルの説明不足が多々ありこちらから質問する事が多かったです。普通のホテルと違い、素泊まりでウイークリーマンションなので何かと違いがあるのだと思いますが、初めての利用かお客に尋ねて対応し接客するべきではないかと思いました。しかし、ホテルの方々は素敵な方ばかりでした。西川口駅前なのでアクセス良好です。また機会があれば宿泊させて頂きたいと思います。

Nice place

Nice apartment with individual bathroom, balcony and kind of kitchen. We had tv, wifi, aircon, fridge, microwave, small oven (but no pan). Two cups and two glasses. Clean, no insects. They have no everyday cleaning. Close to JR station Nishi-Kawaguchi. There are Mcduck and food store nearby. It took us about an hour to get somewhere. If you are not afraid of the distance, it would be good choice.

西川口の環境が悪い

西川口の環境が非常に悪いが、ホテルは普通。寝巻きは有料で、お湯は2人お風呂に入ると出なくなります。

1LKのマンションの1室を宿泊施設にしており、｢コンロ｣｢炊飯器｣｢包丁｣｢掃除機｣等が設置されていて部屋も広く他のホテルとは少し違った作りになっている。 壁が薄く隣の物音が響くのが欠点。

快適だが条件や制約あり

格安で予約できることがあり、予約しました。寝巻きは、200円かかりますが、タオルやバスタオルがあります。お茶のティーバッグ等はありませんが、湯沸かしポット、炊飯器、レンジ、冷蔵庫、ミニキッチンがあります。部屋は広いですし、快適ですが、私のいた部屋は、ワイファイが繋がりにくいので、困りました。受付の方は感じが良いです。 ホテルと同じ値段なら、設備やセキュリティの点でホテルが良いですが、安いならこちらを選ぶと思います。シングルの場合、部屋に湯沸かし設備があるため、お風呂のお湯が、途中で水になってしまうとの注意書きがありました。2名連続でお風呂にお湯を張って入るのは厳しいと思います。1名は、ギリギリ大丈夫な感じですが、かなり節約しながら入りました。これはホテルの問題ではありませんが、周りの環境は、酷いので、この地域をよく知らない女性が、夜遅くチェックインしたり帰るのは、全くおススメしないです。チェックアウト後の荷物は預かりなしで、有料ロッカーがあります
